About the role
Deliver safe, compassionate critical care to adult patients in our 12-bed ICU, working closely with intensivists and the multidisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, plan and deliver nursing care for critically ill patients
- Monitor ventilated patients and respond to clinical deterioration
- Administer medications and infusions according to protocol
- Maintain accurate records in the electronic health record
- Support patients' families with clear, empathetic communication
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Minimum 3 years' ICU experience
- Valid OMSB licence or eligibility to obtain one
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
